How to manifest someone to think about you: The steps
Step 1: Think of the person you want to influence

In this step, you’re going to picture them in your mind using all of your senses. Try to feel what they would be feeling if they were actually there with you, hear their voice, and see the expression on their face.
Imagine yourself talking to them and how it feels to share an intimate moment with them. This can be very intense at first but it gets easier as you go along.
It’s important that your imagination is as detailed as possible so try to use all five of your senses: sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell.
You can also add in other things like temperature or emotions such as excitement or love. The more detail the better!

Whether it’s a relationship, financial abundance, or a new home, be specific and clear on what you desire.
Then ask yourself how you can make it happen. How do you want it to show up? What needs to happen for it to be realized? Be specific, use details, and paint the picture in your mind.
The Universe always wants to know our intentions before it will deliver on our desires. The Universe is like a divine messenger who can deliver only what we ask for if we are clear about our intentions and if we are willing to do the work necessary for manifestation.
If you want something but have been waiting for it or have been frustrated because you haven’t received it yet, start by asking yourself what’s really behind those feelings of frustration or disappointment. Are they based on fear? Do they come from negative self-talk? Are they based on expectations or unrealistic goals? If so then take a look at these beliefs and see if there is any truth in them at all.
Step 5: Breathe deeply, stay calm
Now that you have your affirmation, it’s time to start focusing on the feeling of calmness and control. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, repeating your intention, for example: “I want Trevor to think of me positively as a potential life partner”.
As you inhale, imagine yourself breathing in positive energy that will help you achieve those goals (you can use any imagery here: maybe imagine relaxing warm sunlight pouring into your body or sip a refreshing drink).
As you exhale, feel those emotions leaving with each breath until all that is left is calmness and focus on the task at hand.
Also, imagine yourself feeling relaxed from head to toe—relaxing shoulders and resting hands on thighs if possible—and repeat this practice several times until you feel completely centered in this state of being where only positivity exists for yourself!
Step 6: Visualize
Visualizing is a powerful tool for creating what you want. If you can visualize what you want, you can create it into reality.
Think about what you want to attract into your life.
Think about it every day, and visualize it as if it has already happened.
Imagine yourself as having whatever it is that you desire, living in a way that feels natural to you.
If you have trouble visualizing, here are some tips:
- Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for at least 15 minutes.
- Sit in a comfortable position with your head tilted down slightly so that your gaze is downward facing (this helps avoid eye strain).
- Lie down on the floor or recline in a chair if possible; otherwise sit upright in an armchair with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting loosely in your lap.
- Allow yourself to relax completely as much as possible so that all tension has left your body.
- Start focusing on something the outcome you want as if it is already happening!
Step 7: Forget about it and do something else.
It may sound strange but the next step is to forget about it and do something else, detaching yourself from the outcome.
Don’t think about it too much. It’s not going to happen overnight, so don’t worry if you feel nothing after a few hours.
Just make sure that the manifestation process becomes something you do each day.

A limiting belief is a subconscious idea you have about yourself, other people, and the world at large. It’s something that you think is true about yourself, but in reality, isn’t true at all.
Limiting beliefs can be negative or positive, but they’re always based on false assumptions about the world around us.
That’s why they’re called “limiting” beliefs. They limit our ability to succeed because they prevent us from taking action in certain situations.
The first step to eliminating limiting beliefs is identifying them. You may not even realize that some of your thoughts and beliefs are negative until someone points them out to you.
Once you become aware of them, try replacing those thoughts with positive ones instead. For example: “I’m not good enough” becomes “I am enough.” Or “I’m not smart enough” becomes “I am smart.”
Another way to eliminate negative thoughts is by asking yourself questions that challenge your negative beliefs so they become less believable over time.

We’ve all heard the saying: “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” When we’re low on energy, it’s much more difficult for us to attract what we want into our lives.
Here are some ways that I take care of myself when manifesting:
I try to eat healthy meals with lots of veggies and lean protein. I also make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
I meditate every morning before work and at night before bed. This helps me center myself so that I can better focus my energy on what I’m trying to manifest. I recommend trying out the Headspace app, it’s awesome!
I get enough sleep every night so that my body has time to repair itself and recharge its batteries

Avoid the negative
Negative thinking is a surefire way to manifest the opposite of what you want. This can really slow down your manifestation process.
Avoid “butting in” on other people’s experiences
When we do this, we don’t have time for ourselves and our own needs. We also tend to focus on other people’s problems rather than focusing on what we want in life. If we want to manifest something in our lives, then it’s important that we take care of ourselves first—not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually too!
Avoid focusing on negative experiences or feeling sorry for yourself
If your past has been full of struggles and challenges, then it might be hard not to focus on those things when you start manifesting things like money or love into your life. But remember: no matter how many times you may have failed in the past or how bad things were at one point or another, they will always pass.
